Policies

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

PLEASE BUY THOUGHTFULLY AND WITHIN YOUR MEANS. Because items come in and out of my shop very quickly, cancellation requests based on impulse purchases hurts me and my business. Not only that, it also hurts others who may have wanted to buy the item, missed the chance and bought something else.

I do not allow returns and refunds. 

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide a photo after you have received it along with a description of the damage within 5 days of delivery as indicated by tracking. I can usually fix the damage on an item or help advise you on how to do so.

If an item is lost in the mail due to shipping, you will be able to make an insurance claim as all packages are insured with UPS or USPS.

 

Payment

I accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

 

Shipping

For customers within the US - all packages are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS with insurance. I have decided to primarily use UPS for domestic orders because of their growing commitment to environmental responsibility. Prints and sticker orders will continue to ship with USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number when the item is shipped. 

For international customers - unfortunately at this time I am not able to ship to the UK due the country's change in tax regulations. Due to COVID-19, currently I can and cannot ship to international countries as indicated here by United States Postal Service.

International items ship USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International, depending on weight of the parcel with insurance. While items are scheduled to arrive in 1-2 weeks from the day they were shipped, international items can take much longer, so please allow up to 4 weeks for the item to arrive. You will be notified when your order ships and will be provided with a tracking number.

International shipping has limited tracking ability and so when I ship your order, I will no longer have control over its arrival date.

If your package is returned to me because of a failure to claim through customs, you will have to pay for any additional further shipping charges to have the package resent. I do not provide refunds due to someone being unaware of customs fees or unwilling to pay them.

All items will be shipped to the address provided in the order.
