Cancellations, returns and exchanges

PLEASE BUY THOUGHTFULLY AND WITHIN YOUR MEANS. Because items come in and out of my shop very quickly, cancellation requests based on impulse purchases hurts me and my business. Not only that, it also hurts others who may have wanted to buy the item, missed the chance and bought something else.

I do not allow returns and refunds. 

If an item arrives damaged due to the postal service, please provide a photo after you have received it along with a description of the damage within 5 days of delivery as indicated by tracking. I can usually fix the damage on an item or help advise you on how to do so.

If an item is lost in the mail due to the postal service, you will be able to make an insurance claim as all packages are insured with USPS.

 

Payment

I accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

 

Shipping

For customers within the US - all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight of the parcel with insurance. You will be provided with a tracking number when the item is shipped. 

For international customers - international items ship USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International, depending on weight of the parcel with insurance. While items are scheduled to arrive in 1-2 weeks from the day they were shipped, international items can take much longer, so please allow up to 4 weeks for the item to arrive. You will be notified when your order ships and will be provided with a tracking number.

International shipping has limited tracking ability and so when I ship your order, I will no longer have control over it's arrival date.

All items will be shipped to the address provided in the order.
